Windows Find how it can do something like grep

Check to see how port 80 is being used:
netstat -noa | find ":80"

Fancy watch like monitoring (at least fancy for windows):
for /L %i in (0,0,0) do @cls && netstat -ano|find ":80" && @ping -n 1 -w 2000 224.0.0.0 >NUL && @cls
